This document contains licensing information relating to Blockchain HELIX\u2019s use of free and open-source software with or within the helix id App (hereinafter referred to as, the \u201cFOSS\u201d). Any terms, conditions, and restrictions governing the use of distribution of helix id App not contained within the license(s) governing use and distribution of the helix id App are offered and imposed by Blockchain HELIX alone. The authors, licensors, and distributors of the helix id App have disclaimed all warranties relating to any liability arising from the use and distribution of the helix id App.<\/p>\n

Certain FOSS licenses require that Blockchain HELIX make the source code corresponding to the distributed FOSS binaries available under the terms of the same FOSS license.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Recipients of the helix id App who would like to receive a copy of such source code should submit a source-code request to Blockchain HELIX by email at: dpo@blockchain-helix.com<\/a><\/p>\n
