In particular, the Marketplace Partner warrants that it is the legal owner of these industrial property rights and that it is entitled to grant the relevant rights of use.
Furthermore, the marketplace partner grants the rights of use for the listed texts, logos, trademarks, product images, videos and other written or graphical representations, to Blockchain HELIX simply and in a temporally as well as spatially unrestricted scope (including the editing rights), in order to enable the presentation of the offers, services and the marketplace partner.
